1.1 Key Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account or uses pksk4 services.
• "Account" refers to a user profile duly registered on the pksk4 platform.

• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user into their account for wagering purposes.

1.2 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between pksk4 and the user. This document is read together with the pksk4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between both parties.

2.1 Age Restriction

2.2 Additional Requirements

In addition to the age restriction, users must:

3.1 Account Registration

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

pksk4 reserves the right to request user identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This process is intended to protect user accounts from unauthorised activity and to ensure compliance with applicable international licensing requirements.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pksk4 offers a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM150, making your balance RM250. The wagering to be completed is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All pksk4 bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by registered users who have verified their account.
• Each user is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise.
• pksk4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses suspected of being misused or obtained through unauthorised means.
• All promotions have a validity period that must be observed and wagering requirements must be met within that period.

5.3 VIP Programme and Cashback

The pksk4 VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 1.1% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). VIP tier advancement depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the pksk4 platform.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the pksk4 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting and table games — use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

6.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a system disruption, network failure or other technical issue affecting a game session, pksk4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return funds to the user's account. Winnings obtained through software malfunction or system error are invalid and will not be paid out.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the final price. Changes to odds after a bet is confirmed will not apply to existing bets. Bets will be considered void if an event is cancelled, postponed or not completed in accordance with the rules set by the organiser.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

pksk4 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any term in this document.

• Registration information is found to be false or misleading.
• There is a requirement to comply with instructions from the relevant authorities.

9.1 Disclaimer of Liability

9.2 User Responsibility
